SHIPPING:

Where do you ship to?

We provide worldwide shipping for all our products through Australia Post. Once we have dispatched your order, we will notify you by email and provide you a tracking number, which will determine the estimated time of delivery. 

How long does shipping take?

The Aviv team dispatches all orders within 1-2 business days. 

AUSTRALIA:

AusPost Shipping: 1-6 Business Days

NEW ZEALAND:

AusPost International Shipping: 3-6 Business Days

UNITED KINGDOM:

AusPost International Shipping: 5-7 Business Days

UNITED STATES AND CANADA:

AusPost International Shipping: 5-7 Business Days

REST OF THE WORLD (INTERNATIONAL):

AusPost International Shipping: 10-20 Business Days.

What is your refund policy?

We offer a 1 year limited warranty for all our products. This warranty covers any manufacturing faults but does not cover issues caused by personal damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse or modification of the product. Any defected products due to manufacturing faults can be returned to us to either be repaired, replaced or refunded.

How do I return or replace my item?

If you'd like to return an item which you suspect could be faulty or defective, when sending us an email, please include "Warranty" in the subject line. We will request the item to be sent back to us. Once received, we will assess it to see if there are any valid faults/defects. If it is deemed defective, a replacement or a full refund will be provided, given it is within the warranty period. 

If you have received an incorrect item from us, please contact us with your order and a photo of the item and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.
